Vicki founded Bridgetown Revenue Management Solutions in 2012 on a simple conviction: independent hotels deserve the same caliber of revenue strategy as global chains — without the bureaucracy.

A lifelong hotelier, her career spans operations and revenue management across multiple brands, giving her a full-picture view of what actually drives hotel performance. What started as a solo consultancy with a handful of partner hotels has grown, one word-of-mouth referral at a time, into a team serving 150+ properties across 45+ markets.

Known for her straightforward style, sharp instincts, and collaborative leadership, Vicki is also past President of the Oregon chapter of HSMAI. She lives in Portland with three rescue dogs, and she’d rather talk about your comp set than almost anything else.

Liz leads revenue management operations at BRMS, bringing sharp analytical instincts and a deep bench of full-service hotel experience to every property she touches.

She joined BRMS as a Revenue Manager and has steadily built out the operations function — first as Division Director for Full Service Hotels, now overseeing day-to-day execution across the portfolio. Her specialty is the work that actually moves RevPAR: pricing structure design, distribution strategy, and the client relationships that turn a revenue plan into real results.

A Portland State University graduate and Portland local, Liz holds the CRME designation from HSMAI — the industry’s premier credential for revenue management professionals.
