What size property do you typically work with?
We work with hotels ranging from 40-room boutique independents to full-service branded portfolios. What matters more than size is whether your property has real revenue optimization opportunity — and whether your team is ready to work with a strategic partner, not a set-and-forget vendor.

Do you work with specific brands or systems?
We’re hands-on across Best Western, Wyndham, IHG, Hilton, and Choice systems, and every major PMS and channel manager out there — WebRezPro, Visual Matrix, Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, and more. If your stack isn’t listed, we’ve probably worked with it anyway.

How do you price engagements?
Every engagement is priced to the property and the scope. Some clients want full daily revenue management; others want a diagnostic, a strategy build, and quarterly check-ins. We’ll quote a clear monthly fee structure after our first conversation.

How long are your typical engagements?
Most clients stay with us for years — our longest partnerships are a decade and counting. That said, we don’t do long lock-in contracts. If we’re not earning our keep, you shouldn’t feel trapped.

Who will I actually be working with?
Our leadership — Vicki and Liz — are directly involved in every engagement. You’ll have a primary point of contact on the BRMS team and direct access to our senior strategists. No junior analyst handoffs.
