Our Story

Founded in Portland, Oregon, Bridgetown Revenue Management Solutions was built on a simple idea: independent hotels deserve the same level of strategy and expertise as major brands — without the red tape.

Our name, Bridgetown, reflects both our roots and our mission — to build strong connections between data and decisions, properties and profits, teams and success.

Bridgetown was founded by Vicki Gideon, a lifelong hotelier with a passion for travel, numbers, and creative strategy. What started as a solo consultancy with a handful of partner hotels quickly grew through word-of-mouth — one trusted partnership at a time.

Today, Bridgetown is a team of experienced professionals in revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations — bringing more than 70 years of combined on-property experience to every engagement. We've managed everything from boutique independents to branded portfolios and understand the real-world pressures hotel teams face daily.

We remain grounded in our values and committed to the people behind every property. Our flexible, remote-first structure supports work-life balance while allowing us to respond quickly to client needs — wherever they are.
